Refunds & Returns

To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, you must first contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@scandinavianjewelry.store.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will provide a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Scandinavian Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking information, delivery date, and carrier details so that you may investigate the matter with the shipping provider.

Exchanges

We generally only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, we understand that situations may vary.

Return Shipping

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Expedited or priority shipping fees are non-refundable.
